Salient Features
This is the third SWM project in India to implement performance-based payment instead of the Standard Tipping Fee Model wherein 50% of the monthly payment is fixed and the other 50% is based on actual performance. The performance is evaluated against 35 KPIs and employs state of the art telematics for performance monitoring & evaluation.
