Comprehensive Review of already existing Detailed Project Report (DPR) for an Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan in the Tri-City Region
Gaps in Techno-Commercial Feasibility of the proposed sub-projects in the DPR
Gaps in Environmental & Social Impact Assessment of the DPR with particular focus on Gender & Climate Change
Based on the gaps above, updating the existing DPR and creating a long-term Waste Management Master Plan for a period of 20 years
Create a list of sustainable SWM sub projects from the updated DPR, which shall move into the Transaction Advisory Phase along with proposed Project Structuring
Finalization of the Terms of Reference for the ESIA Report including census survey of the informal waste workers in the project area and their Long- Term Integration Program
